Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with us at Azalea Blaze. We hope that you LOVE your purchases. However, if you do wish to return any products or request a refund or exchange, our Returns Policy is below. For information on  FAQ's please scroll down:


  • Refunds and exchanges can be requested within 30 days of you receiving your goods.

  • For hygiene reasons, pierced jewelry, cosmetics and hair accessories purchased online must be returned to the website in the original packaging supplied.

  • Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of earrings if the tamper proof packaging has been opened. This is for hygiene reasons and doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

  • We cannot accept items that have been personalized.

  • All items must be returned with a valid invoice and a completed Returns Form. You will receive the Returns form upon request.

  • You will be responsible for the return postage and will be refunded once items are received and reviewed.

  • Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 28 days of placing your order. You will be refunded your total order value. Standard delivery cost of £3.95 will only be refunded should the entire delivery be returned, regardless of whether upgraded shipping was selected (unless part or the entire order was faulty or incorrect).

  • In addition to our Website Returns Policy, under the distance selling regulations, EU customers have 14 days to cancel their purchase.

  • Customers are entitled to a full refund up to 28 days after receiving goods if they turn out to be faulty

Royal Mail First Class – 2-5 working days (Not trackable)


Express Delivery UK = £9.50


(Next day delivery for orders placed before 1pm. Trackable, requires a signature)

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.




Can I cancel an order if I change my mind?

Yes, if it is prior to dispatch we are able to refund any payment taken. If after dispatch, please return goods and you will be refunded.

Simply contact us and we will cancel your order. 

Can I change my existing order?

Yes, you are still able to amend your order until you have received a dispatch notification from us. Once the item has been dispatched, no amendments can be made to orders

For all of the above your statutory rights are not affected, including your right to claim a replacement where goods are faulty.


Can I return my order?

 Customers can return orders to Azalea Blaze Website. Items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused and in the original packaging. Azalea Blaze reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable. Your statutory rights are not affected. Customers are also entitled to a full refund up to 28 days after receiving goods if they turn out to be faulty

How do I return my order?

You need to fill in the Returns Form which will be sent upon request, including your order number, contact telephone number, the reason for return and whether you would like a refund, exchange or a replacement. We strongly advise customers take the parcel to the post office for proof of postage.

Items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused and in the original packaging.


What happens if I want to only return part of my order?

 You need to fill in the form as outlined above.

However, do note that should you choose to keep part of your original order, you will not be eligible for a refund on the original postage costs. The refunding of any initial postage and packing charges applies only to standard delivery. 


Will I be refunded for the return postage cost?

 Yes, as long as the order is within the UK. We will adive on the best postage and packaging to return your item.


 How am I refunded if I paid using Paypal?

 PayPal is an online payment method and can only be refunded by returning your order back to Azalea Blaze website.


 What if I need to return an order from outside the UK?

 You need to fill in the form as outlined above.

Customers outside of the UK are responsible for all costs associated with any returns. When returning an item you should retain proof of posting from your shipper/Postal service, as we will not be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
